With love from: Thailand

When I joined the company in 2015, I quickly realised this wasn’t just about exporting Thai fruits and vegetables. It was about building long-term relationships and creating value throughout the supply chain. Responsible business practices have always been central to the way we operate. From maintaining strong partnerships with growers and supporting local communities to continuously improving our operations, these principles guide our decisions every day.

Taking care of our employees is one of the ways we bring these values to life. Our team is full of skilled, dedicated people, and we’ve worked hard to create a safe and fair workplace for them. Achieving Sedex-SMETA certification was a proud moment for us, but more importantly, it confirmed that we’re on the right path—prioritizing health, safety, and fair treatment for everyone on our team.

Diversity and inclusion are also essential to how we work. Women make up nearly 60% of our workforce, which reflects our commitment to providing opportunities for everyone. A balanced, inclusive workplace isn’t just good for morale; it also strengthens us as a company and helps us to adapt and grow.

COMMUNITY

“Fresh produce is our business, but creating opportunities and positive change is our passion.”

We continuously look for ways to improve the way we operate. Whether it’s enhancing packaging solutions, reducing food waste, or exploring more efficient transport methods, we are always looking for opportunities to improve our processes. Every improvement helps us strengthen our business operations, support our supply chain, and reduce unnecessary waste.

Ultimately, our goal is to build something that lasts. By supporting our employees, working closely with our partners, and continuously improving the way we operate, we aim to create long-term value for the people and communities connected to our business. It is about building strong relationships, investing in the future, and contributing to the success of the regions in which we operate.
