When I joined the company in 2015, I quickly realized this wasn’t just about exporting Thai fruits and vegetables—it was about doing business in a way that makes a positive difference. Sustainability and social responsibility have always been central to how we operate. From ethical practices to reducing our environmental impact, these values guide our decisions every day.
Taking care of our employees is one of the ways we bring these values to life. Our team is full of skilled, dedicated people, and we’ve worked hard to create a safe and fair workplace for them. Achieving Sedex-SMETA certification was a proud moment for us, but more importantly, it confirmed that we’re on the right path—prioritizing health, safety, and fair treatment for everyone on our team.


Diversity and inclusion are also essential to how we work. Women make up nearly 60% of our workforce, which reflects our commitment to providing opportunities for everyone. A balanced, inclusive workplace isn’t just good for morale; it also strengthens us as a company and helps us to adapt and grow.
