For centuries, wasabi has been traditionally cultivated in Japan’s pristine mountain streams, where the delicate plant flourishes in cool, mineral-rich waters. Today, thanks to innovative growing techniques, these ideal conditions can be replicated in Holland, allowing for a consistent, year-round supply.
