Saborichi® Sunrise
Serves: 2
Time: 5 minutes
In this giftbox:
1 Meyer lemon
1 Tiger lemon
1 Fingerlime
1 Vanilla sugar
1 Elderflower tonic
1 Saborichi® coin
Tools:
Cocktail shaker (or a jar with closed lid)
Strainer
Add:
2 egg whites
Ice cubes

Instructions:
01 – Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a slice of Meyer lemon, then dip it into the vanilla sugar to create a sugared edge.
02 – Cut the Meyer lemon and tiger lemon in half. Squeeze the juice of one Meyer lemon and half of the tiger lemon (reserve the other half for garnish) into the shaker. Add the egg white and shake vigorously (without ice) for about 15 seconds to create a frothy texture.
03 – Add 3 to 4 ice cubes along with 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar, then shake again until well-chilled.
04 – Strain into the prepared glass and top with elderflower tonic.
05 – Cut the finger lime in half and squeeze out the pearls into the cocktail. Garnish with a Saborichi® coin and a twist of tiger lemon peel. Cheers!
Alcoholic Variation:
Follow the original recipe, but before straining into the glass, add gin to taste and shake once more. Cheers!
