With love from: Ecuador
Our company is driven by a commitment to providing high-quality, diverse, and healthy products while supporting local communities and continuously improving its operations. With nearly 200 employees and a presence across three continents: Europe, Africa, and South America, it actively promotes high standards in food quality, supplier partnerships, and community engagement.
Its approach is centred on careful crop management, including the limited use of chemical inputs and cultivation methods designed to support healthy growing conditions. Certification programmes such as GlobalG.A.P., GRASP and Nurture demonstrate its commitment to recognised standards in areas including food safety, worker welfare, traceability and responsible agricultural practices.

The company’s Corporate Foundation plays an important role in supporting local communities. The foundation focuses on four key areas: health and inclusion, agriculture and research, education, and community support. It contributes to local development by funding scholarships, supporting agricultural research, and helping to create educational facilities such as kindergartens and school canteens. In Santo Domingo, Ecuador, for example, the foundation helped provide children with access to new technologies by establishing a fully equipped computer room.
Diversity and inclusion are also essential to how we work. Women make up nearly 60% of our workforce, which reflects our commitment to providing opportunities for everyone. A balanced, inclusive workplace isn’t just good for morale; it also strengthens us as a company and helps us to adapt and grow.
